Local Independent Businesses Now Selling My Work

Several local independent businesses are now selling my work!  Stop by and have a look next time you are out and about in Davis: Mishka’s Cafe, 610 2nd Street, next door to the Varsity Theater,  Sutter Davis Hospital Gallery,  Cloud Forest Cafe, 222 D Street and Redwood Barn Nursery, 1607 5th Street.

Summer Clay Classes I am offering summer clay camps for kids in the following age ranges:  4-7, 8-10, 11-13 the first three weeks of summer vacation, hours 9:30-11:30.  I have just a few openings left – let me know if you’re interested.  If there is sufficient interest I will add a fourth week for older teens.

Featured Artist – Davis Second Friday ArtAbout – Davis Food Coop Friday, May 13, 6-8 p.m. Where:  Davis Food Coop (Conference Room, behind the Deli), 620 G Street, Davis What:  I will be showing my recent Cone 5 pottery, both white stoneware and red stoneware, glazed in a palette of deep blues and greens. Different:  Unlike my exhibit at the California Clay Conference last weekend, my pieces at the ArtAbout will all be for sale. Also happening:  At the same time, in the same room, the Davis Food Coop will also be hosting a Zinfandel wine tasting and will be serving refreshments.  If you decide to participate in the wine tasting, it is $1 per taste.  The proceeds go to support the Acme Theatre Company, a non-profit community theater group for teens. I asked, and it is okay to bring kids.  Hope to see you there!
